화학무기ㆍ생물무기의 금지와 특정화학물질ㆍ생물작용제 등의 제조ㆍ수출입 규제 등에 관한 법률 제18조(행정감독)

① 주무관청은 이 법과 국제사찰, 그 밖에 화학무기금지협약의 시행을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 그 소속 공무원으로 하여금 사찰대상시설에서 서류 및 장부의 검사, 시료의 채취 및 관계자의 진술 청취와 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 행정감독상 필요한 조치를 하게 할 수 있다.

② 사찰대상자는 제1항에 따른 조치를 거부ㆍ방해하거나 기피할 수 없다.

③ 주무관청은 제1항에 따른 권한을 행사하는 데에 필요한 경우 관계 행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장에게 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 관계 행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 요청에 따라야 한다.

④ 제1항에 따른 권한을 행사하는 주무관청의 관계 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 사찰대상자에게 보여 주어야 한다.
