화학무기ㆍ생물무기의 금지와 특정화학물질ㆍ생물작용제 등의 제조ㆍ수출입 규제 등에 관한 법률 제15조(국제사찰에 대한 조치)

① 외교부장관은 국제기구로부터 사찰실시계획을 통보받았을 때에는 즉시 그 사실을 주무관청에 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

③ 주무관청은 제2항에 따른 조치를 할 때 필요한 경우에는 관계 행정기관의 장 또는 지방자치단체의 장에게 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 관계 행정기관의 장이나 지방자치단체의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
