Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 7-2 (Import Permission for Class 1 Chemicals and Biological Agents, etc.)

① 법 제12조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 요건"이란 다음 각 호의 사항을 말한다.

② 법 제12조제1항에 따라 1종화학물질이나 생물작용제등의 수입허가 또는 변경허가를 받으려면 신청서에 산업통상부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 산업통상부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
