Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons and Biological Weapons and the Regulation of Manufacture and Import/Export of Specified Chemicals and Biological Agents, Article 14 (Entrustment of Affairs)

① 산업통상부장관은 법 제23조제2항에 따라 법 제13조에 따른 특정화학물질의 제조량 등 신고의 접수에 관한 업무를 화학산업 또는 생물산업 관련 법인이나 단체로서 산업통상부령으로 정하는 법인이나 단체에 위탁한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
