화염병 사용 등의 처벌에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

이 법에서 "화염병"이란 유리병이나 그 밖의 용기에 휘발유나 등유, 그 밖에 불붙기 쉬운 물질을 넣고 그 물질이 흘러나오거나 흩날리는 경우 이것을 연소(燃燒)시키기 위하여 발화장치 또는 점화장치를 한 물건으로서 사람의 생명ㆍ신체 또는 재산에 위해(危害)를 끼치는 데에 사용되는 것을 말한다.
