화물자동차 운수사업법 제62조의2(화물차주 등의 협조의무 등)

① 위원회는 화물자동차 안전운송원가 산정과 관련하여 필요한 경우에는 화물차주, 운수사업자 및 화주에 대하여 자료의 제출이나 의견의 진술 등을 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 요청을 받은 화물차주 등은 특별한 사정이 없으면 이에 따라야 한다.
