화물자동차 운수사업법 제51조의4(공제조합의 운영위원회)

① 공제조합은 제51조의6에 따른 공제사업에 관한 사항을 심의ㆍ의결하고 그 업무집행을 감독하기 위하여 운영위원회를 둔다.

② 운영위원회 위원은 조합원, 운수사업ㆍ금융ㆍ보험ㆍ회계ㆍ법률 분야 전문가, 관계 공무원 및 그 밖에 화물자동차 운수사업 관련 이해관계자로 구성하되, 그 수는 25명 이내로 한다. 다만, 제51조에 따라 연합회가 공제사업을 하는 경우의 운영위원회 위원은 시ㆍ도별 협회의 대표 전원을 포함하여 37명 이내로 한다. <개정 2014.1.14>

③ 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에 운영위원회의 구성과 운영에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
