화물자동차 운수사업법 시행령 제4조의12(전문위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 법 제5조의9제4항에 따른 전문위원회(이하 이 조에서 "전문위원회"라 한다)의 구성 및 운영에 관하여는 제4조의10을 준용한다. 이 경우 "위원회"는 "전문위원회"로 본다.

② 전문위원회의 위원장은 전문위원회의 공익위원 중 위원회의 위원장이 지명하는 사람으로 한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 전문위원회의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 국토교통부장관이 정하여 고시한다.
