형사소송법 제361조의3(항소이유서와 답변서)

①항소인 또는 변호인은 전조의 통지를 받은 날로부터 20일 이내에 항소이유서를 항소법원에 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 제344조를 준용한다. <개정 1963.12.13, 2007.12.21>

②항소이유서의 제출을 받은 항소법원은 지체없이 그 부본 또는 등본을 상대방에게 송달하여야 한다. <개정 1963.12.13>

③상대방은 전항의 송달을 받은 날로부터 10일 이내에 답변서를 항소법원에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1963.12.13>
