형사사법절차 전자화 촉진법 제11조(협의회의 회의)

① 협의회의 정기회의는 반기(半期)에 1회 개최한다.

② 협의회에서 협의할 사항이 있으면 각 위원은 위원장에게 임시협의회 개최를 요구할 수 있다.

③ 협의회의 협의와 조정은 위원 전원의 합의에 의하여 한다.

④ 협의회는 제12조제1항 각 호의 사항 중 대한변호사협회의 소관 사무와 관련되는 내용이 있는 때에는 대한변호사협회의 의견을 들어야 한다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 협의회의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
