형법 제248조(복표의 발매 등)

① 법령에 의하지 아니한 복표를 발매한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

② 제1항의 복표발매를 중개한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 acts액츠 as애즈 an앤 intermediary이너미디에^r리 in인 issuing이슈잉 the^ð더 lottery라터^r리 tickets티컷츠 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 or오 a어 fine^f파인 of어^v브 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 20 million밀리언 won.원

③ 제1항의 복표를 취득한 사람은 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다.
