협동조합 기본법 제66조의2(계속등기)

① 제57조의2제4항에 따라 협동조합을 계속하는 경우에는 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 14일 이내에 계속등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

③ 계속등기신청서에는 계속 사유를 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
