협동조합 기본법 제58조(청산인)

① 협동조합이 해산하면 파산으로 인한 경우 외에는 이사장이 청산인이 된다. 다만, 총회에서 다른 사람을 청산인으로 선임하였을 경우에는 그에 따른다.

② 청산인은 취임 후 지체 없이 협동조합의 재산상태를 조사하고 재산목록과 재무상태표를 작성한 다음 재산처분의 방법을 정하여 총회의 승인을 받아야 한다. <개정 2025.12.23>

③ 청산사무가 종결된 때에는 청산인은 지체 없이 결산보고서를 작성하여 총회의 승인을 받아야 한다.

④ 제2항 및 제3항의 경우 총회를 2회 이상 소집하여도 총회가 구성되지 아니할 때에는 출석조합원 3분의 2 이상의 찬성이 있으면 총회의 승인이 있은 것으로 본다.
