협동조합 기본법 제43조(감사의 대표권)

①협동조합이 이사장을 포함한 이사와 소송을 하는 때에는 감사가 협동조합을 대표한다. <개정 2014.1.21>

② 제34조제5항에 따라 감사를 두지 아니하는 협동조합이 제1항에 따른 소송을 하는 때에는 협동조합, 이사 또는 이해관계인은 법원에 협동조합을 대표할 자를 선임하여 줄 것을 신청하여야 한다. <신설 2014.1.21>
