협동조합 기본법 제32조(이사회)

① 협동조합에 이사회를 둔다.

② 이사회는 이사장 및 이사로 구성한다.

(2) The^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 directors.더^r렉터즈

③ 이사장은 이사회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

(3) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 the^ð더 board보드 of어^v브 directors더^r렉터즈 and앤드 serve서^v브 as애즈 its잇츠 chair.체어

④ 이사회는 구성원 과반수의 출석과 출석원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결하며, 그 밖에 이사회의 개의 및 의결방법 등 이사회의 운영에 관하여 필요한 사항은 정관으로 정한다.

⑤ 제1항에도 불구하고 조합원 수가 10인 미만인 협동조합은 총회의 의결을 받아 이사회를 두지 아니할 수 있다. <신설 2014.1.21>
