협동조합 기본법 제107조(합병등기)

① 사회적협동조합이 합병한 경우에는 합병인가를 받은 날부터 14일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 합병 후 존속하는 사회적협동조합은 변경등기를, 합병으로 소멸되는 사회적협동조합은 해산등기를, 합병으로 설립되는 사회적협동조합은 제106조에 따른 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2024.9.20>

② 제1항에 따른 해산등기를 할 때에는 합병으로 소멸되는 사회적협동조합의 이사장이 신청인이 된다.

③ 제2항의 경우에는 해산 사유를 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다.
