Framework Act on Cooperatives, Article 106 (Registration of Establishment)

① 사회적협동조합은 설립인가를 받은 날부터 60일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설립등기를 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.3.2>

② 설립등기신청서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다. <개정 2016.3.2>

1. 제86조제1항제1호와 제2호의 사항

③ 설립등기를 할 때에는 이사장이 신청인이 된다.

④ 제2항의 설립등기신청서에는 설립인가서, 창립총회의사록 및 정관의 사본을 첨부하여야 한다.

⑤ 합병이나 분할로 인한 사회적협동조합의 설립등기신청서에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 모두 첨부하여야 한다.
