혁신도시 조성 및 발전에 관한 특별법 제45조(이전공공기관 등에 대한 지원 등)

①국가 또는 지방자치단체는 이전공공기관에 대하여 이전공공기관의 사무소신축비 등 이전비용의 일부를 지원하거나 융자할 수 있다.

②국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 택지개발사업의 시행자(이 법 또는 다른 법률에 따라 「주택법」 제2조제24호에 따른 공공택지 등의 개발사업을 시행하는 자를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 "시행자"라 한다)는 이전공공기관이 이주직원을 위한 주택을 건설하려는 경우 공공택지를 우선적으로 공급할 수 있으며, 이주직원을 위한 기숙사를 건설하려는 경우에는 건설비용의 일부를 「주택도시기금법」에 따른 주택도시기금(이하 "주택도시기금"이라 한다)에서 융자할 수 있다. <개정 2009.2.3, 2015.1.6, 2016.1.19>

③국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 시행자는 이전공공기관이 사용할 건축물을 건축하여 분양 또는 임대할 수 있다.

④국가 또는 지방자치단체는 이전공공기관이 지방이전에 따라 수입이 현저하게 감소한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 일정기간 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2020.6.9>
