헤이그 국제아동탈취협약 이행에 관한 법률 제9조(관계 기관에 대한 협조요청)

법무부장관은 제5조제1항의 신청에 따른 지원, 제8조에 따른 지원 등 협약의 이행을 위하여 필요하면 관계 중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 공공기관(「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」에 따른 공공기관을 말한다) 또는 법원행정처의 장에게 아동의 출입국과 소재, 사회적 배경 등 아동 관련 자료 또는 정보의 제공, 그 밖에 협약 제7조에 따른 중앙당국의 역할을 수행하는 데 필요한 협조를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 요청을 받은 기관의 장은 특별한 사정이 없으면 그 요청에 따라야 한다.
