허베이 스피리트호 유류오염사고 피해주민의 지원 및 해양환경의 복원 등에 관한 특별법 시행령 제3조(대책위원회의 운영)

① 대책위원회의 위원장(이하 이 조에서 "위원장"이라 한다)은 대책위원회를 대표하고, 대책위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

② 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없는 경우에는 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

(2) Where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 duties두티즈 for^f포 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reasons,^r리즌즈 a어 member멤버 designated데지그네이티드 in인 advance어드^v밴스 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 act액트 on안 his히즈 or오 her허 behalf.비해^f프

③ 대책위원회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에 위원장이 소집한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Countermeasures카운터메저즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

④ 대책위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Countermeasures카운터메저즈 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 adopt어답트 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 vote^v보우트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑤ 그 밖에 대책위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 대책위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
