Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for Residents Affected by the Hebei Spirit Oil Spill and Restoration of the Marine Environment, Article 20 (Support for Persons Who Have Not Received Damages or Compensation)

① 법 제11조제1항제5호에 따른 손해배상 또는 보상을 받지 못한 자는 「유류오염손해배상 보장법」에 따른 손해배상 또는 보상을 청구한 자로서 실질적인 피해를 입었음에도 불구하고 손해배상 또는 보상을 받지 못하였거나 대책위원회가 정하는 기준 이하로 받은 자로 한다. <개정 2010.1.11, 2013.7.22>
