Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on Support for Residents Affected by the Hebei Spirit Oil Spill and Restoration of the Marine Environment, Article 20-2 (Health Support for Residents of Areas Affected by the Oil Spill)

① 법 제11조의2제1항에 따른 유류오염사고 피해지역 주민의 건강조사 및 건강관리 지원사업의 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.

2. 질병(암을 포함한다)의 조기 검진, 처방 및 관리

3. 구강건강 관리

3. Oral오^r럴 health헬^θ스 management;매너지먼트

4. 영양관리 및 건강상담

4. Nutrition누트^r리션 management매너지먼트 and앤드 health헬^θ스 counseling;카운설링

5. 그 밖에 유류오염사고 피해지역 주민의 건강조사 및 건강관리에 필요하다고 대책위원회가 인정하는 사업

5. Other어^ð더 projects프^r라젝츠 that^ð댓 the^ð더 Countermeasures카운터메저즈 Committee커미티 recognizes^r레커그나이지즈 as애즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 health헬^θ스 survey서^v베이 and앤드 health헬^θ스 management매너지먼트 of어^v브 residents^r레지던츠 of어^v브 areas에^r리어즈 affected어^f펙티드 by바이 the^ð디 oil오일 spill.스필

② 제1항에 따른 지원사업의 절차에 관하여는 제19조제2항 및 제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "해양수산부장관"은 "보건복지부장관 또는 기후에너지환경부장관"으로 본다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
