행정절차법 제15조(송달의 효력 발생)

① 송달은 다른 법령등에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 해당 문서가 송달받을 자에게 도달됨으로써 그 효력이 발생한다.

② 제14조제3항에 따라 정보통신망을 이용하여 전자문서로 송달하는 경우에는 송달받을 자가 지정한 컴퓨터 등에 입력된 때에 도달된 것으로 본다.

③ 제14조제4항의 경우에는 다른 법령등에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 공고일부터 14일이 지난 때에 그 효력이 발생한다. 다만, 긴급히 시행하여야 할 특별한 사유가 있어 효력 발생 시기를 달리 정하여 공고한 경우에는 그에 따른다.
