행정대집행법 제6조(비용징수)

①대집행에 요한 비용은 국세징수법의 예에 의하여 징수할 수 있다.

③대집행에 요한 비용을 징수하였을 때에는 그 징수금은 사무비의 소속에 따라 국고 또는 지방자치단체의 수입으로 한다.
