산업통상부장관은 동일한 해외자원개발사업을 하려는 자가 2인 이상 경합(競合)된 경우에는 해외자원개발에 관한 투자의 중복 방지 등을 위하여 그 경합관계에 있는 자에게 필요한 사항을 권고할 수 있다. <개정 2011.7.14, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
