Overseas Resources Development Business Act, Article 10 (Subsidies)

① 정부는 해외자원개발을 촉진하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 비용을 보조할 수 있다.

② 정부는 해외자원개발사업의 효율적 추진을 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 경우에는 대통령령으로 정하는 기관으로 하여금 해외자원개발 정보의 수집ㆍ분석 및 제공 업무를 수행하게 하고 이에 드는 경비를 보조할 수 있다.
