해외이주법 시행령 제19조의2(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Emigration Act, Article 19-2 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personally Identifiable Information)
재외동포청장은 다음 각 호의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 불가피한 경우 「개인정보 보호법 시행령」 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보나 같은 영 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호 또는 여권번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2023.4.5, 2024.4.23>
Where unavoidable for processing the following affairs, the Commissioner of the Overseas Koreans Agency may process information that constitutes criminal record data under Article 18, subparagraph 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, or data that includes resident registration numbers or passport numbers under Article 19 of the same Decree:
1. 법 제4조제3호에 따른 현지이주의 확인에 관한 사무
1. Affairs concerning confirmation of local emigration under Article 4, subparagraph 3 of the Act;
2. 법 제6조에 따른 해외이주의 신고에 관한 사무
2. Affairs concerning reports of emigration under Article 6 of the Act;
3. 법 제10조제1항 및 제3항에 따른 해외이주알선업의 등록 및 변경등록에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning registration and change of registration of an emigration placement business under Article 10 (1) and (3) of the Act;
4. 법 제10조의2에 따른 해외이주알선업 등록의 결격사유 확인에 관한 사무
4. Affairs concerning verification of grounds for disqualification from registration of an emigration placement business under Article 10-2 of the Act;
5. 법 제10조의3제1항에 따른 사업의 양도 신고에 관한 사무
5. Affairs concerning reports of transfer of a business under Article 10-3 (1) of the Act;
6. 법 제11조에 따른 해외이주 포기의 신고에 관한 사무
6. Affairs concerning reports of abandonment of emigration under Article 11 of the Act;
7. 법 제12조에 따른 영주귀국(永住歸國)의 신고에 관한 사무
7. Affairs concerning reports of permanent return under Article 12 of the Act.
