해양환경관리법 제72조(해양환경관리업자의 의무)

①해양환경관리업자는 오염물질의 방제 및 오염물질의 청소ㆍ수거 등에 관한 처리실적서를 작성하여 해양경찰청장에게 제출하여야 하며, 그 처리대장을 작성하고 해당 선박 또는 시설에 비치하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2019.12.3>

②해양환경관리업자가 선박 또는 해양시설등으로부터 오염물질을 수거하는 때에는 해양수산부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 오염물질수거확인증을 작성하고 해당 오염물질의 위탁자에게 이를 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

④ 제70조제1항제2호에 따라 해양오염방제업을 등록한 자는 제64조에 따라 방제의무자 등이 방제조치를 하는 데 적극 협조하여야 하며, 고의로 오염물질 방제업무를 지연하거나 방제의무자 등의 방제조치를 방해해서는 아니 된다. <신설 2020.3.24>
