해양환경관리법 제113조(업무대행 등의 취소)

Marine Environment Management Act, Article 113 (Revocation of Delegation of Work, etc.)

①해양수산부장관 또는 해양경찰청장은 제112조제1항 내지 제3항의 규정에 따른 업무대행자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 때에는 업무대행의 협정 또는 지정을 취소할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 협정 또는 지정을 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

②제1항의 규정에 불구하고 기후에너지환경부장관은 제112조제1항제3호 단서의 규정에 따른 협의를 거쳐 검사대행자로 지정된 자가 제112조제1항의 규정에 따른 협정을 위반하게 되는 경우에는 그 협정의 취소를 해양수산부장관에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 해양수산부장관은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 따라야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2025.10.1>
