해양폐기물 및 해양오염퇴적물 관리법 제3조(적용범위)

① 이 법은 다음 각 호의 해역ㆍ수역(제12조에 따른 해안폐기물의 수거에 관하여는 바닷가를 포함한다. 이하 같다)에서의 해양폐기물 및 해양오염퇴적물 관리에 관하여 적용한다.

② 제1항 각 호의 해역ㆍ수역에서의 해양폐기물 및 해양오염퇴적물의 처리는 이 법에서 규정하고 있는 경우를 제외하고는 「폐기물관리법」, 「물환경보전법」, 「하수도법」 및 「가축분뇨의 관리 및 이용에 관한 법률」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.

(2) The^ð더 handling핸들링 of어^v브 marine머^r린 waste웨이스트 and앤드 marine머^r린 polluted펄루티드 sediment세더먼트 in인 the^ð더 sea시 areas에^r리어즈 and앤드 waters워터즈 in인 each이치 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 of어^v브 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) shall섈 be비 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 for^f포 in인 the^ð더 Wastes웨이스츠 Control컨트^r로울 Act,액트 the^ð더 Water워터 Environment인^v바이^r런먼트 Conservation칸서^v베이션 Act,액트 the^ð더 Sewerage수어^r리지 Act,액트 and앤드 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð더 Management매너지먼트 and앤드 Utilization유털러제이션 of어^v브 Livestock라이^v브스탁 Excreta,엑스크^r레타 except익셉트 as애즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 for^f포 in인 this^ð디스 Act.액트

③ 제1항 각 호의 해역ㆍ수역 외에서의 해양폐기물 및 해양오염퇴적물의 처리는 「폐기물관리법」에서 정하는 바에 따른다.
