Marine Waste and Marine Polluted Sediment Management Act, Article 29 (Administrative, Financial, and Technical Support)

① 국가는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 조치를 하는 지방자치단체에 행정적ㆍ재정적ㆍ기술적 지원을 할 수 있다. <개정 2023.9.14>

4. 제15조에 따른 선박 및 시설 등의 건조ㆍ설치 및 운영

② 국가는 해양폐기물 및 해양오염퇴적물의 발생을 방지하기 위한 감시활동, 수거ㆍ정화 활동 등을 하는 법인 또는 단체에 대하여 필요한 행정적ㆍ재정적ㆍ기술적 지원을 할 수 있다. 이 경우 섬지역에서 활동하는 법인 또는 단체를 우선하여 지원할 수 있다. <개정 2024.12.20>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 행정적ㆍ재정적ㆍ기술적 지원의 대상ㆍ절차 및 방법 등에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
