해양재난구조대의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제9조(복장 착용 등)

① 해양재난구조대원이 제8조에 따른 임무를 수행하는 경우에는 복장을 착용하고 신분증을 소지하여야 한다. 다만, 조난자 구조 등 해양수산부령으로 정하는 긴급하거나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 복장 착용 및 신분증 소지가 곤란한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 해양경찰서장은 해양재난구조대원 또는 해양재난구조대원이었던 자가 경력증명발급을 신청하는 경우에는 경력증명서를 발급하고 관리하여야 한다.
