해양재난구조대의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제2조(해양재난구조대의 설치 등)

① 해양경찰청장은 「해양재난구조대의 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제3조제3항에 따라 같은 조 제1항에 따른 해양재난구조대 설치에 관한 권한을 해양경찰서장에게 위임한다.

(1) Pursuant퍼수언트 to투 Article아터클 3 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 on안 the^ð디 Establishment이스태블리시먼트 and앤드 Operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 Marine머^r린 Disaster디재스터 Rescue^r레스큐 Teams팀즈 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Act"),액트 the^ð더 Commissioner커미셔너 of어^v브 the^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 delegates델러게잇츠 the^ð디 authority어^θ쏘^r러티 concerning컨서닝 the^ð디 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 marine머^r린 disaster디재스터 rescue^r레스큐 teams팀즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) of어^v브 that^ð댓 Article아터클 to투 the^ð더 chief치^f프 of어^v브 a어 Coast코우스트 Guard가드 Station.스테이션

② 제1항의 위임에 따라 해양경찰서장이 해양재난구조대를 설치하는 경우 미리 그 내용을 소속 지방해양경찰청장을 거쳐 해양경찰청장에게 보고해야 한다.
