해양수산과학기술 육성법 제5조(해양수산과학기술 육성 기본계획의 수립 등)

① 해양수산부장관은 해양수산과학기술 육성을 위하여 5년마다 해양수산과학기술 육성 기본계획(이하 "기본계획"이라 한다)을 수립하여 시행하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Oceans오우션즈 and앤드 Fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 shall섈 formulate^f포뮬레잇 and앤드 implement임플러먼트 a어 basic베이식 plan플랜 for^f포 fostering^f파스터^r링 marine머^r린 and앤드 fisheries^f피셔^r리즈 science사이언스 and앤드 technology텍날러지 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð더 "basic베이식 plan")플랜 every에^v버^r리 five^f파이^v브 years.이어즈

② 기본계획에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

③ 해양수산부장관은 기본계획을 수립하려는 경우에는 관계 중앙행정기관의 장과 협의한 후 「해양수산발전 기본법」 제7조에 따른 해양수산발전위원회 및 「국가과학기술자문회의법」에 따른 국가과학기술자문회의의 심의를 거쳐야 한다. 기본계획 중 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항을 변경하려는 경우에도 같다. <개정 2018.1.16, 2023.10.31>

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 기본계획의 수립ㆍ변경 및 시행 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
