해양사고의 조사 및 심판에 관한 법률 시행령 제48조(개별신문과 대질)

① 증인신문은 각 증인에 대하여 하여야 한다.

③ 심판장은 필요하다고 인정하면 증인과 다른 증인 또는 해양사고관련자를 대질신문(對質訊問)할 수 있다.
