해양과학조사법 제14조(다른 조약과의 관계)

① 대한민국과 체결한 조약 또는 협정에 따라 외국정부 또는 국제기구가 실시하는 해양과학조사는 이 법에 따른 허가 또는 동의를 받은 것으로 본다.

② 제1항에 따라 해양과학조사를 실시하는 경우 외국정부 또는 국제기구는 해양과학조사 실시 예정일 1개월 전까지 조사계획서를 외교부장관을 거쳐 해양수산부장관에게 제출하여야 한다.
