해양과학조사법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 대한민국 국민, 외국인 또는 국제기구가 실시하는 해양과학조사의 절차를 정하고, 대한민국 국민, 외국인 또는 국제기구가 실시한 해양과학조사의 결과물인 조사자료의 효율적 관리 및 공개를 통하여 해양과학기술의 진흥에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
