해양경비법 제10조(협의체의 설치 및 운영)

① 해양경찰청장은 해양경비 활동과 관련하여 긴급한 사안이 있을 경우 신속한 정보의 수집ㆍ전파 등 업무협조를 위하여 외교부, 해양수산부 및 경찰청 등 관계 기관과 협의체를 설치하여 운영할 수 있다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 제1항에 따른 협의체의 설치 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
