해상교통안전법 제95조(정박선과 얹혀 있는 선박)

① 정박 중인 선박은 가장 잘 보이는 곳에 다음 각 호의 등화나 형상물을 표시하여야 한다.

③ 정박 중인 선박은 갑판을 조명하기 위하여 작업등 또는 이와 비슷한 등화를 사용하여야 한다. 다만, 길이 100미터 미만의 선박은 이 등화들을 사용하지 아니할 수 있다.

④ 얹혀 있는 선박은 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 등화를 표시하여야 하며, 이에 덧붙여 가장 잘 보이는 곳에 다음 각 호의 등화나 형상물을 표시하여야 한다.

⑤ 길이 7미터 미만의 선박이 좁은 수로등 정박지 안 또는 그 부근과 다른 선박이 통상적으로 항행하는 수역이 아닌 장소에 정박하거나 얹혀 있는 경우에는 제1항과 제2항에 따른 등화나 형상물을 표시하지 아니할 수 있다.

⑥ 길이 12미터 미만의 선박이 얹혀 있는 경우에는 제4항에 따른 등화나 형상물을 표시하지 아니할 수 있다.
