해상교통안전법 제90조(항행 중인 범선 등)

① 항행 중인 범선은 다음 각 호의 등화를 표시하여야 한다.

(1) A어 sailing세일링 vessel^v베슬 underway언더웨이 shall섈 exhibit이그지빗 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 lights:라잇츠

② 항행 중인 길이 20미터 미만의 범선은 제1항에 따른 등화를 대신하여 마스트의 꼭대기나 그 부근의 가장 잘 보이는 곳에 삼색등 1개를 표시할 수 있다.

③ 항행 중인 범선은 제1항에 따른 등화에 덧붙여 마스트의 꼭대기나 그 부근의 가장 잘 보이는 곳에 전주등 2개를 수직선의 위아래에 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우 위쪽의 등화는 붉은색, 아래쪽의 등화는 녹색이어야 하며, 이 등화들은 제2항에 따른 삼색등과 함께 표시하여서는 아니 된다.

④ 길이 7미터 미만의 범선은 될 수 있으면 제1항이나 제2항에 따른 등화를 표시하여야 한다. 다만, 이를 표시하지 아니할 경우에는 흰색 휴대용 전등이나 점화된 등을 즉시 사용할 수 있도록 준비하여 충돌을 방지할 수 있도록 충분한 기간 동안 이를 표시하여야 한다.

(4) A어 sailing세일링 vessel^v베슬 of어^v브 less레스 than^ð댄 7 meters미터즈 in인 length렝^θ스 shall,섈 if이^f프 practicable,프^r랙터커블 exhibit이그지빗 the^ð더 lights라잇츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) or오 (2). ⑤ 노도선(櫓櫂船)은 이 조에 따른 범선의 등화를 표시할 수 있다. 다만, 이를 표시하지 아니하는 경우에는 제4항 단서에 따라야 한다.

⑥ 범선이 기관을 동시에 사용하여 진행하고 있는 경우에는 앞쪽의 가장 잘 보이는 곳에 원뿔꼴로 된 형상물 1개를 그 꼭대기가 아래로 향하도록 표시하여야 한다.
