해상교통안전법 제88조(항행 중인 동력선)

① 항행 중인 동력선은 다음 각 호의 등화를 표시하여야 한다.

(1) A어 power-driven파워-드^r리^v븐 vessel^v베슬 underway언더웨이 shall섈 exhibit이그지빗 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 lights:라잇츠

② 수면에 떠있는 상태로 항행 중인 해양수산부령으로 정하는 선박은 제1항에 따른 등화에 덧붙여 사방을 비출 수 있는 황색의 섬광등 1개를 표시하여야 한다.

③ 수면비행선박이 비행하는 경우에는 제1항에 따른 등화에 덧붙여 사방을 비출 수 있는 고광도 홍색 섬광등 1개를 표시하여야 한다.

(3) A어 surface-effect서^f퍼스-이^f펙트 flying^f플라이잉 vessel^v베슬 when웬 flying^f플라이잉 shall,섈 in인 addition어디션 to투 the^ð더 lights라잇츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), exhibit이그지빗 an앤 all-round올-^r라운드 high-intensity하이-인텐서티 red^r레드 flashing^f플래슁 light.라잇

④ 길이 12미터 미만의 동력선은 제1항에 따른 등화를 대신하여 흰색 전주등 1개와 현등 1쌍을 표시할 수 있다.

(4) A어 power-driven파워-드^r리^v븐 vessel^v베슬 of어^v브 less레스 than^ð댄 12 meters미터즈 in인 length렝^θ스 may,메이 in인 lieu루 of어^v브 the^ð더 lights라잇츠 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1), exhibit이그지빗 an앤 all-round올-^r라운드 white와잇 light라잇 and앤드 sidelights.사이들라잇츠

⑤ 길이 7미터 미만이고 최대속력이 7노트 미만인 동력선은 제1항이나 제4항에 따른 등화를 대신하여 흰색 전주등 1개만을 표시할 수 있으며, 가능한 경우 현등 1쌍도 표시할 수 있다.

⑥ 길이 12미터 미만인 동력선에서 마스트등이나 흰색 전주등을 선수와 선미의 중심선상에 표시하는 것이 불가능할 경우에는 그 중심선 위에서 벗어난 위치에 표시할 수 있다. 이 경우 현등 1쌍은 이를 1개의 등화로 결합하여 선수와 선미의 중심선상 또는 그에 가까운 위치에 표시하되, 그 표시를 할 수 없을 경우에는 될 수 있으면 마스트등이나 흰색 전주등이 표시된 선으로부터 가까운 위치에 표시하여야 한다.
