해상교통안전법 제67조(자격의 취소ㆍ정지)

Maritime Traffic Safety Act, Article 67 (Revocation and Suspension of Qualification)

① 해양수산부장관은 선박안전관리사가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 그 자격을 취소하거나 3년 이내의 기간을 정하여 그 자격의 정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호부터 제3호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 자격을 취소하여야 한다.
