해상교통안전법 제52조(인증심사에 대한 이의신청 특례)

① 인증심사에 불복하는 자는 심사결과를 통지받은 날부터 30일 이내에 그 사유를 적어 해양수산부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 이의신청을 할 수 있다.

② 제1항에서 규정한 사항 외에 이의신청에 관한 사항은 「행정기본법」 제36조에 따른다.
