해상교통안전법 제3조(적용범위)

1. 대한민국의 영해, 내수(해상항행선박이 항행을 계속할 수 없는 하천ㆍ호수ㆍ늪 등은 제외한다. 이하 같다)에 있는 선박이나 해양시설. 다만, 대한민국선박이 아닌 선박(이하 "외국선박"이라 한다) 중 다음 각 목에 해당하는 외국선박에 대하여 제46조부터 제52조까지를 적용할 때에는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 이 법의 일부를 적용한다.
