해상교통안전법 시행령 제10조(확인 결과의 제출시기)

법 제13조제2항에 따른 처분기관(이하 "처분기관"이라 한다)은 법 제16조제2항에 따른 확인 결과를 안전진단대상사업의 시작 후 3개월 및 완료 후 3개월 이내에 각각 해양수산부장관에게 제출해야 한다. 다만, 법 제2조제14호나목의 사업의 경우에는 완료 후 3개월 이내에, 같은 호 마목의 사업의 경우에는 시작 후 3개월 이내에 한 차례만 제출한다.
