Decree on Registration of Port Facility Management Rights, etc., Article 26 (Documents for Application for Registration)

① 등록을 신청하는 경우에는 신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2022.12.6>

② 제1항제1호에 따른 등록원인을 증명하는 서류가 집행력 있는 판결서인 경우에는 제1항제2호 및 제3호에 정한 서류를 제출할 필요가 없다.

③ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 신청서에 가족관계등록사항에 관한 증명서 또는 그 사실을 증명할 수 있는 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부해야 한다. 이 경우 관리청은 그 사실을 확인하기 위하여 필요한 경우 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서를 확인해야 한다. <개정 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2, 2013.3.23, 2022.12.6>
