① 해양수산부장관은 항만기술산업의 기술개발 을 촉진하기 위하여 다음 각 호의 사업을 추진할 수 있다.

② 해양수산부장관은 제1항에 따른 기술개발의 촉진을 위하여 항만기술산업 등을 연구개발하거나 산업화하는 자에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 다음 각 호의 지원을 할 수 있다.
