항만공사법 제21조(항만시설공사의 시행)

공사는 「항만법」 제9조제1항 및 제2항 본문에도 불구하고 제8조제1항제1호, 제2호의3 및 제4호에 따른 항만시설의 신설ㆍ개축ㆍ유지ㆍ보수 및 준설 등에 관한 공사(이하 "항만시설공사"라 한다)를 시행할 수 있다. 이 경우 공사는 「항만법」 제5조에 따른 항만기본계획, 「마리나항만의 조성 및 관리 등에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 마리나항만에 관한 기본계획에 따라야 한다. <개정 2019.1.8>
