항만공사법 제18조(임원의 임기)

① 사장의 임기는 3년으로 하고, 사장을 제외한 임원의 임기는 2년으로 하며, 1년 단위로 연임할 수 있다. 이 경우 임명권자는 직무수행 실적의 평가 결과와 그 밖의 직무수행 실적을 고려하여 연임 여부를 결정한다.

② 임기가 끝난 임원은 후임자가 임명될 때까지 그 직무를 수행한다.
