항만공사법 제15조(위원의 제척)

Port Authority Act, Article 15 (Exclusion of Members)

위원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사항에 관한 심의ㆍ의결에서 제척(除斥)된다. 이 경우 의결에 참여하지 못하는 위원은 제14조제2항에 따른 재적위원 수에 포함되지 아니한다.
